The Breakfasts

A stay at Cherryhayes Bed & Breakfast would not be complete without experiencing the generous Devon breakfasts! Anne and Peter offer a fabulous, full English breakfast with locally sourced food, free range eggs from Halls butchers in Totnes and grilled fresh tomatoes from the garden during the summer months.

Anne also makes her own delicious marmalade and jams each year, often from home grown fruits and Peter usually has a range of local and other honeys available, as well as a selection of superior teas to really kick-start your day. Fresh fruit juices, herbal and fruit teas, coffee, toast, cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurts are all also available for the more health conscious.

Breakfast is served in the Victorian dining room at a time convenient to you, whether you prefer to make the most of the peaceful location with a lie-in or, have a busy day of activities planned.

In the hot summer months the dining room is wonderfully cool but you might be lucky enough to have breakfast in front of an open fire during the winter. Breakfast can also be served outside in the garden during the summer if you’d prefer.
